Larry Jendras' Acer Racer
Larry Jendras Jr of Sykesville MD has owned this Acer Racer since 1959. It was manufactured in nearby Cockeysville MD, and came equipped with 2.5 HP Clinton engine. Larry raced it for several years 'til the tracks closed. With some parts his father recently found, Larry hopes to have this kart running this summer.

Standard Model, direct drive $159.50.
Standard Model with clutch $172.00
Standard Model with clutch, less engine $147.00.
They also offered blueprints ($2.00) and parts to build your own (Frame pan & back seat $9.50, front hoop $2.10, spindle king pin $0.30, wheel 5" or 6" $3.00,...), or a complete jig welded frame for $75.00.
