Marc Parker's McCulloch 200

This McCulloch 200 kart kart made a striking impression to those who got to see it up close in the pits at the VKRA Eastern  Regionals back in August '00. One of the most noticeable features is the original two tone seat, one of the changes McCulloch made when the 1961 F-1 kart evolved into the 1962 model #200. (These original seats are very hard to find these days in any kind of good condition.) Marc talks about this kart:

Bob-Attached are photos of my MC200 with MC7 look alike (91 block) I purchased this kart from Missouri. It came with the original MC7, which is like new, original Firestone tires and upholstery. This is the most complete original kart I've purchased to date with even the nylon bushings still in perfect condition. Vince Hughes built the MC91, with little MC carb and sloper manifold. The Little Ones mufflers are great, but a little cumbersome. These photos including the action one were taken in July at the Batavia NY kart track where my brother and I raced in 1961. This is a very beautiful and fun track that I highly recommend for a vintage event and the track owner wants it bad. We tested the kart there in August for the NH VKRA race. This kart ran all 2 heats on Saturday night and all 3 on Sunday without a single glitch. I ran it again in all 3 heats of the Portland VKRA in September. No hanging on the wall for this beauty! Marc
