Early Evans Kart Photo

 This promotional photo dates to about 1960 and depicts an early Evans kart (note the scrub brake!!) with a Clinton engine. Evans Karts were serious racing karts manufactured by Evans Company of Highland Park Illinois from about 1960 to 1962. They were known for their incredible handling and are highly prized today by vintage karting enthusiasts.
