No, this 1960 "Mak-Kart" was not manufactured by McCulloch. It was a Fox kart specially designed to handle the "Mighty Mac" engines. (The first Mac engine, the MC-10, had debutted in 1959.) The Fox Mak-Kart was an awesome looking machine with the front porch feature (one of the first karts to use this), and those cool circular cut-outs on the side supports. I don't believe these ever really did much competitively - I suspect the hefty design was unneccesary to "handle" the Macs. The next year, Fox introduced a brand new "Mak Kart" that was exactly the opposite approach - a very lightweight machine with a drop-in "satellite" seat. Those were real good karts and competitive today in vintage events.
